Our homes hold many cherished memories are a part of our history and identity. 
Memories from homes, whether they be our first home, or the memories of a loved ones home or where we raised our children, where we were first married or the home we grew up in, I can capture that for you to keep. 
Other places to consider, schools, places of employment, favorite vacation spots or anywhere that holds meaning to you and your family.

Those who love and nurture nature know that the beauty they cultivate represents hours and days of labor, of love and of sunlight and rain. Often waiting weeks, months, sometimes years for things to look "just right" to the one who has designed and loved these wild landscapes into existence. 
I would be honored to capture that moment in time for you, a portrait of the hard work you've tended in all it's glory. 

Painting size is approximately 8x10” on professional archival watercolor paper. 
It will arrive in a cream, black or white mat based on the colors in your images, to suitably accent your home sized to fit in an 11x14 frame. 

I produce my paintings based on photos submitted by you. I can do some research however without pictures it's impossible for me to produce what you remember. If you need research I will work with you to accomodate that, but there may be an additional charge. 
If possible, I prefer you to supply me 3-5 images to choose from and work with. 
Unnecessary objects can be removed. 
I can change seasons as well as remove unnecessary objects or highlight details that are specifically important. 
Original artwork signed by the artist. Original work becomes the property of the buyer. Seller retains all rights to digital images, including the right to sell reproductions.

Custom order must be purchased to purchase add ons. It is impossible to make a print until after I create your custom piece. 

Message me for information on other sized drawings or custom paintings, or for information on making your image into notecards to use for thank yous or stationary. Additionally upon your initial purchase I am happy to include prints for $10 each, please just indicate that you would like that option in a note and I will . Prints will arrive unmatted unless previous arrangements are made. 

If you'd prefer your name added to the bottom, I can do that as well or the address in custom lettering. Please message me for pricing. 

House numbers if desired will be added in ink after unless they are very defined, my style of watercolors do not lend themselves to precise lettering.

The completion time varies ,depending mostly on my schedule of commissions.
Generally it takes about 2 weeks, I don't like to rush the artwork . 
If you need a last minute gift or a tight deadline you can purchase this as a gift certificate and I will send you a print out explaining the process for you to include as a gift if you'd prefer. 

I ship priority mail USPS. You can request a custom shipping (expedited mail, etc) at an additional charge. 
The artwork is backed with foam board, protected with a plastic sleeve and extra cardboard support to ship flat in a sturdy package.

My copyrighted images included here are samples and the originals are not for sale although if you see something you love I do have limited edition prints of each.
